From Loudoun County to our West

Loudoun County is quickly becoming known as the gem of Northern Virginia. A wonderfully eclectic mix of the very old and the cutting edge new make the areas of Loudoun County real estate and Fairfax County real estate exciting, yet peaceful places to live. Located 20 miles from Washington, D.C., both counties enjoy accolades for hosting major employment centers and innumerable “bedroom” communities near the nation’s Capital. At the same time, carefully planned growth in business and residential real estate keeps the rural charm of the countryside well preserved. In Loudoun County, for example, several markets embrace these vibrant qualities. They include Leesburg , Ashburn , Potomac Falls and the up-and-coming, exclusive community of One Loudoun in the Ashburn area.
